Texas Skirt Steak Tacos

INGRIDIENTS:


Skirt Steak   - 1.75 – 2 lbs.

Spicelopedia ™ Texas Brisket Seasoning – 2 Tbsp, divided

Diced Jalapeno – 1 Tbsp.

Worcestershire Sauce – 1 Tbsp.

Culantro leaves – 1 bunch

Lime Zest – 1 Tbsp.

Olive Oil – 1/4 cup


DIRECTIONS:


Add all ingredients, reserving on tablespoon of the spices, to a plastic zip bag.  Rub marinade into meat.  Refrigerate and marinate for at least four hours. 

Remove meat from bag. Pat dry with a paper towel.  Rub with remaining seasoning.  Let meat set at room temp for about 30 minutes. 


Heat a grill pan to medium-high

Sear on both sides, about three minute per side.

Let meat rest five minutes.

Slice against the grain.
